SystemVolume
System Volume is a simple program that will help you in switching between your speakers, headphones or other audio playback devices.
Download and installation
To enjoy features of System Volume please instal it from the MS Store.
Program setup
Once the program is installed make sure to lock it to your task bar at the very first postion. This will allow you to start the program with [Win + 1] shortcut key (use 1 on alpha numeric keyboard not the numeric one).
Usage
Open the progam, to adjust volume of each of available outputs separately and select a default playback device.
Shortcuts - Volume manipulation
- [Left Arrow] - Increase volume by 1 %.
- [Right Arrow] - Decrease volume by 1 %.
- [Shift + Left Arrow] - Increase volume by 10 %.
- [Shift + Right Arrow] - Decrease volume by 10 %.
- [End] - Set volume to 100 %.
- [Home] - Set volume to 0 %.
- [NumPad0] - Set volume to 0 %.
Shortcuts - Device manipulation
- [Tab] - Select next device.
- [Arrow Down Arrow] - Select next device.
- [Arrow Up Arrow] - Select previous device.
- [Shift + Left Arrow] - Move device up on the list.
- [Shift + Right Arrow] - Move device down on the list.
- [Space] - Make selected device your default output.
Shortcuts - Other
- [Esc] - Exit.
Mouse
- You can use mouse scroll to change track bar position even if window is not active.
- Use lock button to disable device device access from the program.
